12.27.11 Form and document updates:

The following Riding Course Instructor Application/Renewal forms were modified with new contact information: N.13, N.13A, and N.14
The N.7 Level I-III form was modified to incorporate metric values for dual US and Canadian application. Due to the significant change in the exchange rate since the N.8 form was created (now close to 1:1) we are retiring the Canadian version of the Level I-III form.
A Rider Ed Seminar Completion Record Card has been added on the Seminar Presenter page for Members to print and maintain their own record of course completion, if desired. These do not take the place of the Seminar Completion Cards used for Levels Applications.
For Riding Course Instructors with access to the secure site, the Instructor Certification and Maintenance document, the Master Instructor Certification and Maintenance document, the ICC Evaluation Points Score Sheet, and the Quality Review Score Sheet were revised with new contact information. In addition, two new Instructor Pre-course Evaluations were added; one for the ARC and one for all other GWRRA Riding Courses. These are used for new instructor training starting in 2012.
Finally, for 2012 we are instituting a documented and defined process that will allow minor modifications to Riding Course Ranges for GWRRA Riding Courses, so long as safety can be maintained. A new Addendum is being listed with the Rider Education Program Handbook that spells out the specific criteria that must be met to allow for less than ideal ranges. This will allow more potential range areas to be available for Riding Course Training and align GWRRA with other notable industry Riding Course providers.
