The GWRRA Officers Guidebook

The Guidebook located here is the "official" version and all future updates will be posted to this location. The GWRRA International Headquarters in Phoenix will no longer distribute hard copies of the Guidebook. You may download the Guidebook in its entirety or simply print pages that are relevant to your needs.

Although the Guidebook is not a secret document, it should only be distributed to those who are officers or staff members who have a need to reference it.

Please remember the Officer’s Guidebook undergoes constant evolution as changes are suggested, reviewed and approved. None of these minor revisions involve policy changes. Policy changes are announced to the officer network and then updated in the Guidebook. To review the current updates, refer to Section J.
