Wing Ding 30 will be here before we know it. Let’s start getting the word out to preregister. There are a lot of incentives to preregistering this year (see main article), so please include a Wing Ding link (www.wing-ding.org) on your websites and in your newsletters. We’re also looking for new activities, not only for this year’s Wing Ding, but for next year’s as well. Don’t forget to solicit your Members for their ideas at your Chapter meetings.

We have a volunteer sign-up site for Members who wish to help out at Wing Ding. The list will be provided to the Regions for their distribution. (click here)

We are going to introduce "The Wing Ding Buddy Program" at this year’s Wing Ding. Each person who is attending Wing Ding for the first time will be issued a ribbon, identifying them as a first-timer. They will be assigned a “Buddy” who is a seasoned Wing Ding attendee to welcome them and show them the ropes. The ribbon will also enable other Members to identify the person as new to Wing Ding. Hopefully they will make a special effort to introduce themselves and make the newcomer feel welcome. The details of this Program will follow shortly.
