Planning for Successors,

With so much change going on in the Association, the last thing we tend to think about is retiring. At some point, we are going to get tired and will no longer be effective. We may not want to step down because there is no one to take our place. In the meantime, we are still not as effective as we should be. With that in mind, as soon as we take over a position, we need to do two things. The first is to pick your successor and the second is to pick a successor for those around you.
