I have heard from many of you about the “New MOU.” Please do not forget to get those signed by all the new officers. We need the MOU to accompany the New Officer Paperwork. If everything is not included, it will not be processed until we have it all together. We do not need originals, email or fax is fine. For the Officers who are being renewed please write renewal where the form asks for effective date. If you have not submitted your MOU’s or made arrangements with me I need your MOU’s by 1/21/2007. It is important that we get this information in so we can make sure the listing in Wing World is correct and up to date.

If you have people on your staff that work with membership information emailing out the Newsletters or helping to call the members on the ARL, please have them sign the Confidentiality Agreement. We do not need a copy here but you need to keep it. It is important to make sure that all volunteers understand how important it is to use our Member’s information only for GWRRA purposes.

I know this is not the fun part of the job but get some help and make it a group effort. (It is always better to do it with somebody than be doing it by yourself.)
