| Effective immediately - When a Member obtains the Level IV Master Tour Rider and orders a black and gold Masters patch, that patch along with the standard red and blue patch will be mailed to the Region Educator. No longer will the black and gold patch be mailed directly to the Member. Many Master Tour Riders were receiving the black and gold patch before the Rider Educator had a chance to present the Member with the red and blue patch. Please note that the black and gold patch is a special order and can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. |
