Financial Reports
The year-end Financial Reports from Chapters and Districts are not required at the Home Office. These reports should be sent to the District and Region and the copies maintained at those levels. Only the year-end Financial Reports from the Regions should be sent to the Home Office.
Confidential Information
It is our responsibility to keep our Members’ personal information confidential. This information includes: names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. This information should not be supplied to others inside or outside their Chapter without the Member's permission. In today's world, we are all being bombarded with solicitations by phone, mail, and email. Let's keep our Members personal information safe!
Chapter Director Acknowledgement
Clara Bolt is still working on the Chapter Director Acknowledgement for Wing Ding, and we are not getting much of a response from the Chapter Directors. We would really like to acknowledge them for all their hard work. Please have your District Directors check with their CD's. We need a count of those Chapter Directors that will be attending Opening Ceremonies at Wing Ding no later than May 1, 2008.
